What information is collected and why?

If you do so, then the Distributor will only provide you with personalized information about Nu Skin, its products and/or business opportunity, depending on your interest. AWSELB Load balancer cookie - This cookie is essential to help ensure that the website loads efficiently by distributing visits across multiple web servers. The cookie does not contain any personal information and only lasts for the duration of your visit, being deleted as soon as you close your web browser.
BC_BANDWIDTH Brightcove is a video streaming service that hosts and streams the videos on this site. This cookie is used in order to enable the Brightcove service to detect the speed of your internet connection and stream an appropriate version of the video. This cookie is not used for tracking.
CAKEPHP Session cookie. PHP session cookies are used to store unique visitor information such as your session ID.

Where and for how long is your Personal Information kept?

To enable us to offer consistent service to the Websites’ visitors, wherever they may be, the Websites are managed by a third party provider, Sound Concepts Inc., from one central site. This is currently in the United States of America. By providing your Personal Information and agreeing to this Privacy and Cookies Policy, you give your explicit consent to have your Personal Information stored on the servers of Sound Concepts Inc. in the United States of America.

The Personal Information is kept for the time required for the pursuance of the above objectives.

How is your Personal Information protected?

No transfer of your Personal Information

The Distributor will not transfer your personal data to any third parties without your express consent. The transfer of personal data to public institutions and public authorities that are entitled to receive such information will only be carried out to the extent required by law or if required by virtue of a court order or court ruling.

Access; Correction; and Deletion

You have the right to access, correct and delete your Personal Information at no cost, as well as the right to object to the processing of your Personal Information for direct marketing purposes.
